Turns out i was wrong, it does matter if you get the foam inside the tyre wet. While it all seemed OK on 2S, when i dropped the 3S in for a burst, I had a tyre blow-out. Spose that means all the tyres are the same, cant dry then inside so will have to try and disassemble them, then dry and re-glue them. I’ve heard the stock ones arent the best to do, so we’ll see.
UPDATE: So I ordered a new tyre with foam, and used the Baking method to remove the old tyre off the rim. Which entails putting it in the oven on 180c for 10-15 minutes. Its a bit smells, and need to be careful, as its obviously going to be hot working on it. Next time I need to be more careful about touching the steel tray, as it melted some rubber off the tyre.
